Lennar is the builder in Warner Crossing.
Lennar Corporation is a home construction company based in Miami, FL. In 2023, Lennar was the second largest home construction company in the Unites States based upon number of homes sold. Lennar operates in 30 states and 75 markets across the Unites States. The name “Lennar” is a blend of two of the company’s founders – Leonard Miller and Arnold Rosen.
Warner Crossing is a new community of single-family homes on an 88 acre parcel of land in Loris that closed its first homes in February of 2025. As of June 2026, the Lennar new home community of Warner Crossing have officially sold out.
In just over a year, Lennar has completely sold out all 147 single-family homes at Warner Crossing, demonstrating the tremendous market appeal of the community. Homebuyers were drawn to the winning combination of Lennar's quality construction, competitive pricing, modern floorplans, and convenient location.
